Integrative Metabolome and Microbiome Analysis

Online Inquiry

Microbiome sequencing, mainly including amplicon sequencing, full-length amplicon sequencing and metagenome sequencing, provides information on bacterial composition, gene abundance and functionality. Metabolomics studies metabolite changes in organisms. The complexity of the bioscience research process is such that a single histology alone and one-sided cannot explain the biology clearly, and multi-omics becomes particularly important. Combining microbiome and metabolomics to jointly explain scientific questions at the species, gene, and metabolite levels provides a better understanding of disease processes and the metabolic pathways of substances in the body, and also helps to identify biomarkers of disease for further application in clinical aids to diagnosis.

Creative Proteomics has established a combined microbiome and metabolome analysis platform that can be applied to analyze disease markers, study disease mechanisms and prevention, study drug metabolism, and phenotype-related analysis.
